UK Domestic Shipping

All our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services (24/48) and can be followed using tracking information provided from collection to delivery. Orders are dispatched the next working day (Office hours Monday - Friday). Products may take a few days longer to arrive than normal during busy periods such as Christmas. If a UK order has taken more than 7 days to arrive since dispatch please contact us.

International Delivery (EU, and USA)

Our International orders to the EU and USA are dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders will be dispatched the next working day. If your order has taken more than 21 days to arrive since dispatch please contact us.

Royal Mail International Tracked From £12 - £15 (5-14 days from dispatch)

International Delivery (Rest Of The World)

International orders outside of the EU or US will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked or Royal mail international signed for services. If your order has taken more than 21 days to arrive since dispatch please contact us.

Customs and Duty Charges

EU, USA and Australia

We collect tax and duty costs at the checkout for orders to the European union. This means parcels should clear customs quickly with NO additional charges on arrival. Orders from the US and Australia should also not incur any additional charges. If you have received an invoice for customs charges please contact us and we will cover this for you.

Rest Of The World

Duty charges may apply to orders from outside of the EU, Australia or USA. We can’t predict these values or reimburse such costs so please bear this in mind before placing your order.

Please note that all shipping times are estimated and unforeseen delays can happen from time to time. If you’re unhappy with the quality of your delivery service please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Return Policy

To return an item, simply drop us a message via our contact form or via one of our social pages citing your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to assist. All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns for sizing issues and for change of mind are accepted at the buyers expense for postage. If you need to cancel or amend your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist. Over the Christmas period we extend our returns policy to 60 days from delivery.
