What are the payment options?
PayPal is currently our dedicated payment system for our Football Shirt Mystery Boxes. This ensures that all transactions are secure and customers can purchase with full confidence.
We are looking to bring in other third-party payment options soon that allow credit/debit card payments.
What Is A Mystery Football Shirt?
It's pretty simple! A mystery box is a different and exciting way to purchase football shirts and grow your collection.
Our boxes contain 1 Random Mystery Football Shirt from any club/international side in the world! Any teams or leagues you wish to avoid can be entered before purchase to make sure you avoid rival teams.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted at the buyer's expense within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email if you have a return query! On the extremely rare occasion that there is a fault or defect with the Mystery Football Shirt in your order then we will cover the return postage costs.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
All boxes are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and Royal Mail Tracked/Signed For international orders. It can take up to 72 hours for the box to be made up and then up to 3 days UK delivery and between 6 and 21 days for international deliveries after the box is shipped.
