Bayern Munich 125 Year Anniversary Kit
The year of 2025 has already bought us some fantastic special edition shirts, such as the Aston Villa 150th anniversary kit and the Beerschot 125th anniversary jersey to name a few. Now it’s Bayern’s turn to join in on the fun, with their release of this jaw-dropping 125th Anniversary shirt!
The brand new top features a stunning dark red base colour, together with golden badges, sleeve stripes and sponsorship. A special anniversary crest is also present, along with the retro adidas trefoil badge which also appeared on Bayern’s 2024/25 third kit. The kit also features sublime detailing, showcasing classic Bayern crests along with other shapes close to the club's heart, such as the Bavarian laurel wreath. A supporting 125th anniversary clothing collection was also announced alongside the new shirt, which features other apparel such as hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, caps, beanies and more!
March 8th 2025 is the date we are due to see the jersey in action for the first time, when Bayern FC mens side face Bochum at home in the Bundesliga, with the shirt making its debut for FC Bayern Women later, on march 14th when they will be taking on Wolfsburg FC. The Bayern FC mens side are currently sitting top of the Bundesliga on 55 points, 8 clear of 2nd place and current champions Bayer leverkusen. Bayern FC Women are also top of their league, leading the Bundesliga Women by 3 points over 2nd place Eintracht Frankfurt W.
